At 246 Counseling we believe that there is power in knowledge, and we absolutely love having the opportunity to share knowledge and expertise with others! We have experience training school personnel, church staff members, and other therapists. Training is provided by Jennifer Smith, LPC-S and Dr. Melissa James, LPC.

Continuing Education for Texas LPCs
The State of Texas has recently gone back to a more structured list of where and who can provide continuing education to therapists. That list includes LPC Supervisors. We are currently in the process of writing and recording Continuing Education courses that can be completed on your own time, online. Please stay tuned for more!!
In the meantime, Jennifer Smith, LPC-S does offer in-person or live virtual training and will provide certificates for anyone in attendance. If you'd like to get a group of other clinicians together and offer a training, current topic offerings include:
