Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LeTourneau University. Stephanie is passionate about providing holistic, trauma-informed care and considers it a privilege to support individuals through life’s most difficult and transformative seasons.

Stephanie has a warm, integrative approach rooted in Adlerian therapy and Internal Family Systems. Depending on the client’s needs, she may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their story, build inner strength, and find healing.
Stephanie has a special interest in treating complex trauma, disordered eating, self-harm, and mood and attachment disorders. Since 2010, she has worked closely with bariatric surgeons and their patients, gaining unique insight into the mental, emotional, and physical challenges that accompany both pre- and post-operative experiences. She is passionate about supporting individuals through these life changes with empathy and clinically sound strategies.
As a certified crisis counselor with the Suicide Text Line since 2020, Stephanie has helped people navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including suicidal ideation, sexual abuse, unplanned pregnancy and postpartum depression, relationship distress, and anxiety and depression. This work has deepened her understanding of crisis intervention and early support.
