Abby Harris, MA LPC

Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas with a heart for guiding others through life’s emotional landscapes. She is passionate about helping people navigate the storms of anxiety, the valleys of grief, and the tangled forests of self-doubt. Abby’s approach is one of compassion and partnership—walking beside her clients, helping them uncover unseen paths and discover their own strength, purpose, and resilience.

Outside the counseling room, Abby enjoys movies, games, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Abby holds a Master’s in Counseling from Amberton University and a bachelor’s in Childhood Education from East Texas Baptist University.  She provides counseling for adolescents and adults.

Abby's counseling journey began at Dallas Life Foundation, serving individuals experiencing homelessness—an experience that deepened her commitment to accessible, compassionate care. She has spent the last three years at Lifestance Health gaining experience as a professional counselor helping individuals and groups navigate emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Before this, she spent nearly a decade overseas as a missionary, which cultivated her passion for working with people of diverse backgrounds.
