Abby’s heart is to help guide people through life’s emotional landscapes – helping others find their way through storms of anxiety, valleys of grief, or tangled forests of self-doubt. Her passion is to walk beside people, shining a light on paths that they may not have seen, helping them discover their own strength, purpose and resilience.
Outside of counseling, Abby enjoys movies, games, and time with her husband, and two girls. One quote that resonates with her is by Brené Brown: “When we are willing to risk venturing into the wilderness... we feel the deepest connection to our true self and to what matters the most.”

Abby holds a Master’s in Counseling from Amberton University and a bachelor’s in Childhood Education from East Texas Baptist University. She provides counseling for adolescents and adults.

Abby's counseling journey began at Dallas Life Foundation, serving individuals experiencing homelessness—an experience that deepened her commitment to accessible, compassionate care. She has spent the last three years at Lifestance Health gaining experience as a professional counselor helping individuals and groups navigate emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Before this, she spent nearly a decade overseas as a missionary, which cultivated her passion for working with people of diverse backgrounds.
